3 vouchers will be given on entrance, each voucher is redeemable for one sandwich portion. Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash value, drinks or merchandise All tickets are non-refundable or transferrable. 1 ticket allows you entrance to 1 session. There is no re-entry. Line up is subject to change.

Friday Session: 5 - 10pm Saturday Sessions: Session 1: 11am - 4pm Session 2: 5pm - 10pm Sunday Session: 12 - 5pm Sandwich shops will close 30 minutes before the end of the session.

We will have plenty of drinks to wash down those sandwiches! There will be bars across the site to keep you suitably refreshed.

No chefs will be accepting payments. It will be card payment only for all drinks, merch and voucher sales.

Each day a line up of the best sandwich innovators will be serving up unique and bold sandwiches, you won’t find any of these on their restaurant menus, these sandwiches are a Sarnie Party exclusive! Your ticket entitles you to 3 Sarnie Party vouchers, each voucher buys you one sandwich portion. None of our chefs will be accepting payments. You will be able to purchase further vouchers on the day if you want to eat more than 3 sandwiches.

Unfortunately we are unable to cater to specific allergies. Please ask each sandwich stand for their allergens info if you are concerned. All ingredients will be displayed on the menu boards.

Yes, there will be veggie options from some of our chefs, not all sandwiches will have a veggie alternative. Sadly we won't have a full vegan menu available. Follow our instagram for live updates on sandwich announcements.

As much as we love our four legged friends, dogs and food festivals aren’t a great mix! Only guide dogs will be allowed into Sarnie Party.

Food will be served all day, however we highly recommend you to get there early so you don’t miss any of our most popular dishes. Things will sell out, so be prepared. Bring a team, fan out and get your favourite options first. Please note we will stop serving food at 9.30pm on the evening sessions.

Our afternoon sessions will be family friendly. Babies in arms go free, all other children need a ticket. Under 16s will need to be accompanied by an adult due to the nature of our venue. Under 16s tickets are £7.50 and don't include any sandwiches. 16 + will need an adult ticket. Family tickets are available for a family of 4 for £65 and include 6 sandwiches.
